Ingredients

U.S. Metric Conversion chart
  • 1 head(s) cauliflower, blanched for 5 minutes
  • 1 small can anchovies, drained, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano

Directions

  1. Drain cauliflower and break into small pieces.
  2. Combine cauliflower, anchovies if desired and capers in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; toss with cauliflower mixture.
