  • 1  large ripe banana
  • .5 cup(s) soy milk
  • 1 can(s) (4-ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1/2 cup(s) "pineapple-passion" sorbet, such as Select brand (a Safeway brand)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy protein powder (8 grams protein)

Directions

  1. Peel banana; break into chunks.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender container.
  3. Cover; blend until fairly smooth. Serve immediately.
