  • 2 cup(s) mixed frozen berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
  • 2 cup(s) unsweetened apple juice or apple cider
  • 1 cup(s) raspberry or strawberry sorbet
  • .25 cup(s) soy protein powder

Directions

  1. Combine berries and juice in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add sorbet; blend for 30 seconds. Add soy powder; blend for 30 seconds or until thick and smooth.
