Yoga Sun Salutation in 12 Easy Steps

Mountain Pose Step 1

Sun Salutation Step 2

Bend Forward Step 3

Lunge Step 4

Plank Step 5

Push Up Step 6

Upward Facing Dog Step 7

Downward Dog Step 8

Lunge Step 9

Bend Forward Step 10

Sun Salutation Step 11

Mountain Pose Step 12
